  • Quotes, charts, Greeks, and payoff visuals are provided on a best-effort basis and may be delayed or interrupted.

  • We may modify or suspend features for maintenance, reliability, or compliance reasons.

7) Orders, Pricing & Execution

  • Placing an order does not guarantee execution.

  • Orders are executed subject to availability, market conditions, risk checks, and position limits.

  • In rare cases (pricing errors, stale/aberrant quotes, technical faults), Q2Option may cancel or adjust affected orders consistent with fair-dealing policies.

8) Fees & Charges

  • All fees (including platform fees and spreads/premiums) are displayed before order confirmation.

9) Deposits, Withdrawals & Wallets

  • Supported methods are listed in your account. Processing times depend on method/compliance checks.

  • We may request additional verification and may reject transactions where required by law or policy.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate wallet or banking details; blockchain transfers are irreversible.

10) Promotions & Bonuses

  • Any promotional offers are governed by specific terms. Abuse, fraud, or breach may result in removal, reversal, or account action.

11) Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Circumvent geoblocks or use multiple/false identities.

  • Manipulate markets, front-run, abuse latency, or exploit obvious pricing errors.

  • Interfere with the platform (e.g., scraping at abusive rates, DDoS).

  • Use the Services for illegal purposes or in breach of sanctions/KYC/AML laws.

12) Intellectual Property

  • The Services, brand assets, content, software, and data are our or our licensors’ IP.

  • You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended purpose.

18) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for suspected breach, risk, fraud, or legal requirements. You may close your account subject to settling any open positions/obligations.
